Dwight gave me lots of useful information on my home, but what I appreciated even more was that he gave me a big picture perspective—what's a big problem, what's a small problem, why is this considered a problem—that made me feel like I could make smart decisions.

Perfection

I can't say enough good things about DaBrikHaus. Carolyn who took my calls was an excellent first impression. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Skip was diligent in coordinating with our realtor in getting into the home despite some mishaps on the realtor end. And he got in indeed! Upon leaving the home, Skip called me and gave me an honest yet hopeful and reassuring recap. This was followed by an impressive 41 page detailed report. He noted everything from the longevity of the heating system to the stopper in the bathroom being missing. He's a kind, extremely thorough, knowledgable man who takes pride in his work and also takes great pride in the city of Detroit. We feel so much more empowered and prepared to move into our new home in our new city due to the excellent team at DaBrikHaus!

Very Thorough work and high quality

Home inspection

Mr. Stackhouse(Skip)was extremely professional. He knowledgeable in his profession of home inspections and explaining the areas of concern with the property I wanted to purchase. He used basic jagon that could be clearly understood by any first time homebuyer who has never experienced the home inspection process. He provides a detailed report with pictures that is clearly readable. I would highly recommend and reach out to him for my next home inspection. His home inspection saved me an estimate of about 30k. This house was beautiful and well put together, it was the hidden problems a professional eye doesn't see.
